Amy Tardio PCC, NBC-HWC, MGCP

Amy is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), is a Certified Positive Psychology Coach, and a National Board-Certified health and wellness coach. Her specialties include the science of motivation, goal-setting, and mental skills coaching.

Amy has been featured as an expert on Goals and Motivation on LivingHealthy.Com and as a contributor to the Huffington Post. Amy has a background as an editor at GQ, Women’s Sports, Fitness, and Self Magazines, and has worked with numerous celebrities, athletes, and executives.

Amy is the Founder of AmyTardio.com and Tardio Advisory Group, LLC, a coaching, motivation, and performance company based in Greenwich, CT.

Her off-work hours are happily spent running, playing tennis, hiking, and being the mom of three inspiring boys.

I am passionate about helping people thrive by identifying and achieving their goals. I have worked with professional and amateur athletes, women re-designing their lives, and executives looking for greater fulfillment. I have worked at GQ Magazine, Living Healthy and Self Magazine, as a Fitness, Goals and Motivation expert. I have over ten years of experience as an ICF Coach, hold the highest credential from The National Board of Medical Examiners as a Health and Wellness Coach, am a Certified Mental Game Coach Professional and a Certified Positive Psychology Coach.
